Peace needs a strong voice in the world. But to really take a big step towards peace, many people need to speak out in favour of peace. The aim of Vote For Peace is for all 8 billion people worldwide to respond to this call at some point.
In order to achieve this, Vote For Peace must be neutral. That is our most important rule. Only in this way can people from all parts of the world feel addressed. If we were to represent one opinion, e.g. on a war, a nation, a policy or a culture, people with a different point of view would turn away. The common global call for peace would no longer be possible.
When you vote at Vote For Peace, you are only saying that you are in favour of peace - nothing more and nothing less. We do not take a position for or against any person, organisation, culture, nation, religion, politics or world view.
